I would raise the flop vs a psb. I doubt he's ever folding once he pots it and there a lot of scare cards that can come ott.
VS a normal sizing i would not be raising this turn but villain seems like a weaker player by his sizing and unless he has QQ exactly if we're ahead ott we're still ahead otr.

I would raise flop and just call turn on hearts. As played , I would jam river.
Agree with above if you're going to raise should be the flop and not the turn. Definitely a board we want a flop raising range on btw.
If you are raising turn for value you should be shoving river too, obviously way too strong to raise as a bluff. Are you XC or XF on the river?
