In the previoius hand,villain overcalls in Sb and calls my squeeze. I checks back KK on a A hi flop- he bets the turn small and checks the river. He shows ATs. 

During play, I was thinking of jamming the turn. What you think of that play? I ended up checking back, as I wasn't sure how wide of a range he has here, and I wasnt sure if I get him to fold a hand like TT,JJ. And he might call with the nut flush draw or overcard flushdraws. 

As played OTR, I think its prolly a fold, but he does have a buch of busted str8 draws in his range like, TJ,TQ,QJ.
