Preflop i decided just to call the Squeeze, because BB squeezes so much. But maybe i should have Squeeze vs UTG player.

I would bet the turn & xb river. As played I don't think you can call. It's villain dependent but I don't think he does this with worse than AK and he can't really have that many bluffing hands in his range.
By flop action, he always has sort of value. On this river no need to turn even KQ. but 99-TT and may be AQ is a question how often u expect him to fold this hand on flop. And why missed cbet.
You should definitely squeeze yourself instead of calling, if UTG is opening reasonably.
As played bet the turn, he`s not pot controlling or getting tricky with AA, AK so bet for value.
River is a fold since there`s not many hands he turns into a bluff here, it`s KK, JJ, KJs, A5s close to 100%.
If this is not a standard call for you, I don't see enough evidence to change that here.
We have that he squeezed from the BB 3 times out of 30 chances this far. The chances that he had big hands on all those 3 occasions is pretty high. The chances that on none of those 3 occasions he was facing a UTG open and it was all CO/BTN/SB action is probably also pretty high.
If we are not comfortable stacking off here either by barreling turn or by snapping this river shove then I don't think your flop bet acheives much. We are very rarely giving people more than 2-3 outs and may induce some bluffs or light valuebets and calldowns on later streets by checking.
