NL25: preflop spot with TT facing min3b

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) MP: $25.00 (Hero)
CO: $25.00
BN: $16.04
SB: $25.00
BB: $25.00
UTG: $22.67
UTG seemed reggy over a tiny sample

BTN was 55/45 over 12 hands
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is MP with T T
UTG raises to $0.50, Hero calls $0.50, CO folds, BN raises to $0.75, 2 folds, UTG calls $0.25

Is this a good spot to repop? I feel like this is more often a non-nutted range of okayish hands and UTG heavily capped his range too. Which range do you do so with and to which size roughly?
