BTN is a loose and competent reg, OTF I don't think I have a x/r range on this texture. My plan is to x/r turn.
I don't know whether I should bet on this turn, basically we have the flush redraw along with our strong made hand, so our hand is high in equity. If I bet I expect a lot of folds, but at the same time if I don't bet I can lose value...

I'd consider 3betting this pre but calling is fine, too.
Since ranges are wider and it's harder for villain to properly defend vs a check-raise when he Cbets 0.33psb, I'm gonna check-raise wider. You'll have lots of backdoor gutshots, oesd to balance your values.
I don't mind to XR B B on safe runnouts.
Nothing you can do vs these bad runnouts.
is the 9h a bad runout? Because I cannot classify it
When you just XC flop vs this small sizing, you allow the villain to see the river for free when he wants for just 1/3psb OTF. The 9h is not bad, you got a flushdraw yet, but you can't charge for a river. And this is a bad river combined with the board. And then you can conclude that position is important a lot!
You probably should have a x/r range on this flop vs this sizing, otherwise its very difficult to defend properly and players will bet/call quite wide, so would for sure x/r here. 9x probably improves his range a bit more when you x/r and he calls as he'll have more 89, 9T, J9 type hands than you will. Don't think you can do much else as played though on this river.
Raising flop is generally better againts this sizing againts most opponents. Not having a "raising range" is a big mistake, you want to raise many hands for value and for bluff. I would guess that solver would raise 2 pair+ pretty much always, then a lot of Jx (good ones, QJ/KJ/AJ) and balance that out with various draws.
