basically this hand we've played just before: http://www.handconverter.com/hands/2713355
No other reads, he just sat

MP checks, Hero bets $4.30, MP calls $4.30
Turn ($16.70) 8 T T 5
MP checks, Hero checks
River ($16.70) 8 T T 5 4

I always feel a bit stupid when playing hands with that much equity like this as it feels like playing exactly into his game however I don't see any other possibility really. Barreling the turn seems a bit suicidal when he probably feels like calling it off with marginal hands even more given the last hand. I also wouldn't feel extremely confident betting 3 on a rivered K or Q because I've just seen one single SD and I'm pretty positive he'd very often just c/c down Tx.
Any better way to play this? Which cards would you look to barrel OTT? J or A, maybe a 9 look like the most favorable ones (we don't improve on) however I think they'll provide him more equity or a strong hand very often as well.
