NL25: KQs facing sqz OOP

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (5 Players) UTG: $25.00 (Hero)
CO: $31.27
BN: $25.00
SB: $28.47
BB: $20.04
CO 23/27/3b 11, 20 hands

BTN 75/40, 4 hands
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is UTG with Q K
Hero raises to $0.75, CO calls $0.75, BN raises to $3.00, 2 folds, Hero calls $2.25, CO folds
I wasn't sure if calling here is my best option or if I should turn this into a 4b bluff or even fold. I'd have done so with KQo. AJo or TT are also hands I wouldn't be sure about.
Flop ($7.10) 3 5 6
Hero checks, BN checks
Turn ($7.10) 3 5 6 9
Hero bets $4.50, BN folds
Hand ends here and makes it kinda boring. I'm thinking about my river play though. I can't really put him on a hand he'd c/c here with since I expect him to bet all of his overpairs on the flop as well as his likely big flushdraws so I expect him to give up very frequently in that spot. But I guess facing a c/c I'd follow through on most cards like hearts, straightening cards and maybe also a J since I'd put him on a weak 1p then.
What do you think about that?
Final Pot UTG wins $6.78
Rake is $0.32
