I would be folding here. They've bet every street. AK gives up on the turn. I would be putting them on QQ/KK+
I think you were right in calling up until the river. The shove shows you're beat I think.
I would only consider calling because he isn't playing full stack so might be a fish, but i can't blame you for folding

River: EASY FOLD, regs rarely bluff this spot, he 3bets an UTG range which btw is pretty face up, one word, 4 letters: F O L D.
If you fold this river you better just fold turn, where he has <9 fd and 18 combos for value. I would suggest calling this river without particular reads, because it's easy for him to overbluff: A5s, A4s, 98s, T9s, fd, rare AK. If he bluffs 30% you have a call. Everyone knows that you can fold low pairs if you three barrel bluff in this spot, so I would expect higher bluffing frequency/ him slowing down with QQ some times. So I would just not overfold and call JJ+.
