I think flop is standard 1/4 cbet.

1. Can we shove on non Q turn ?
   I would target 99,TT,JJ. Our hand blocks KQ and board blocks KQ as well.
2. I called river because of so small sizing, I mean can we really fold river for that size esp that he doesn't have that many AK.
