Preflop is an easy call, no reason to do anything else. BB is very tight, but he probably has AK in his range, which is a big part of his overall range given the fact that AK is 16 combos and AA/KK are 12 total. We win a lot versus AK and we make a lot of money when we hit a set.
I would fold flop. BB cbets into 2 people with his super tight range, which means that his range is probably like AA/KK, AcKc and maybe occasionally some combinations of AcKx. Our equity is very bad versus his tight range.
yeah, this. As gross as this might sound, we were basically trying to outflop his range, but it's not a flop that chances much, and I doubt he bets AK w/o (bd)FD vs 2 people here.
Your combinations are completely wrong. There are 6 combinations of AA and 6 of KK, 16 of AK.
Ah shit, yes, I'm sorry. Deleted my post. Thanks for the advice guys!
Now it looks like I'm telling Samu that his combinations re wrong :P
Said I deleted my post. Didn't wanna make a fool out of myself :P
Thought it was 12, but forgot the order of pickings didn't matter ;)
But even with the double amount of combinations of overpairs a call is still justified. So as long as we beat the BTN we can call? JJ would also be a call?
@Bod that is what I said, 16 combos of AK and 12 combos of AA/KK (6 each).
lol I know, I was replying to Joran but he deleted his comment. I should have deleted mine also.
Oooh, right. :D
I know that this is FR, that you're a tight player and the villain is even nittier, but you just asked if you can fold QQ to a sqz in 2015 dude
that said, flop is a fold
Another question: Would JJ also be a call pre-flop?
