Flop and turn are ok i think.
What do u think about raising the river? possibly our weakest holding on this river and we have a diamond and pair blocker

I think raising turn would be better as it is cheaper and you have at least one diamond blocker and villain shouldnt have that much of a valuebet /folding range OTR.
This is probably not the best opponent to try to bluff here but vs someone that isnt so tight I also prefer raising turn instead of river
Why do you guys prefer to raise the turn, to set up a river jam or huge bet?
More leverage. At this point you usually will raise your weaker flushes most of the time. You dont have to jam river, but a thinking opponent will be capable of laying down 2pair figuring he is always behind and doesnt have the pot odds to try to hit a full house. The idea also to put pressure on your opponent now,
He seems like a borderline nit to me....he has high continuation bet stats but that is typical of guys like this. They are tight so they can continue on later streets more often since they have it more often. That being said, probably best to simply fold turn. There is certainly merit to raising when the third diamond hits on turn as a semi bluff, but that gets tricky when called and you brick or when the 4th diamond hits. K Q J even 10 of diamonds are all in play and seem reasonable to be part of his range.
Raising river seems like suicide but 25NL is a bit above the level I am playing currently and maybe this is a move that would work more often up there.
Pio says to never fold this hand ott, and to raise with it around 20% of the time and call the rest. On the river, after you call, it says to always fold. It prefers using combos of KTo with either to king or ten of diamonds to bluff raise the river.
The K and the J are equally good blockers imo. They block KK and JJ which are too high up to fold to any bet. I would prefer a higher diamond. Blocks more combos that he can't have and you can.
As far as the raise I think you should raise turn and be ready to fire all non-board-pairing, non-diamond rivers. He will have some combos with a diamond in it (AK, AQ, KK, KQ) that can continue. You would be turning some of villains stronger hands into bluff catchers and with a 60% W$SD nit I don't know how much bluff catching he is doing.
I think at this level very few players are folding two pair+ or AXd. When you raise the turn you're gonna get called a high percentage of the time here and you're gonna have to followup big river on any non board pairing and nondiamond rivers. At this level when you raise this turn you're gonna get called almost always you have to be prepared for the river followup.
i like to raise T, u can make AX or better JX fold, u block some flushes, some sets,
