I don't know how this reg is still playing, probably because the reg/fish ratio is high... anyway.
I've seen him call 3bets with suited garbage along with offsuit broadways.

OTT, KT and QJ improved, he also can have T8 (all 16 combos).
So we are beat a lot, but at the same time, he would have QT, JT, KJ, pair + draws and other very marginal hands as well. I think the marginal hands outweigh the stronger ones so I shoved.
OTR I don't want to fold a potential winning hand only because another scary card falls and he would just bet and instaprofit ATC
