NL25 BBvsBTN I bluffraise, turn and river decision

HJ: $0
CO: $27.10
BN: $25
SB: $26.15
BB: $26.11 (Hero)
UTG: $27.07
LJ: $34.59
Villain in question is an unknown, by his stats he seems to be a (weak-tight) reg. I'm experimenting with bluff-raising dry boards in steal-situations. Without turning a draw I would have given up, but this is probably the nut turn card for me. Is my sizing ok? Should I go bigger and b/c?
OTR I bet small (to b/f). I was a bit lost there, what do you guys think is the best decision? He probably checks behind all his Js and I don't know if he bluffs his draws.
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 6
UTG folds, LJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $0.62, SB folds, Hero calls $0.37
Flop ($1.34) 7 J 5 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $0.96, Hero raises to $2.60, BN calls $1.64
Turn ($6.54) 3 (2 Players)
Hero bets $4.40, BN calls $4.40
River ($15.34) A (2 Players)
Hero bets $6, BN folds
Final Pot
Hero wins $14.65 , Hero wins $6
