I think without any reads river is no brainer fold, with this sizing i think he's very often on his FH, so i would propably even fold with naked 9x. I dont know what about J9s tho.

But im concerned about my flop/turn play.
Whats best line to take maximum value?

I would propably X/C X/C very often and then i would decide either to call, fold or raise depends on board and villains sizing. But mb raising turn is better alternative?
