Looks like i did not noticed fish limped on UTG (so bad), so for me it was standard CO open.
My percieved range should be somehow weak in this exact hand, but villain is 32/15 af 1.0, 3bet 4%, 170hands and I am not sure if he even thinks about it and probably he just play his two cards.

Yeah, draw opens... but problem is he is so passive and cbets 11% IP in single raised pots and now he is double barrelling OOP...
