Yuck. This is gross and river is going to be tricky but this is not a jam. I honestly think you can consider folding just because turn raises from low limit players so so so strong and your repping an OP.

Actually I think ya I call. I think at the least theres enough chance that villain is being pretty dumb with idk 87s or whatever and he could be raising to find out where he s at. I m not at all confident enough in that read though to come over the top.

Villains raise makes no sense for value. He has no problem getting the money in by the river and there are hardly any draws. However, it also doesn't make sense as a bluff since he's giving us such a great price. Maybe he thinks we are more likely to call down this way. Maybe he is betting for a cheap showdown or for information. Hm? Don't really get it.

I'm not sure, but think it’s slightly +ev to call turn and call an A or a 7 river as we are getting ~6:1.

I don't understand our bet on the turn. It seems too thin for value. 77-99, 56s continue for sure and it’s hard to match these with worse hands. I also don't see any better hand that folds to this turn bet. Ok, we protect against floats. Is our plan to bet turn and shove river? If I bet this flop, my plan usually is to barrel any club, 7, A, K, Q.

I'm with wuwel here and don't understand double barreling this board with our hand given that our only read on villain so far is that he's tight.
