NL20[sh] - QQ, srp vs three barr.

Villain is 23/19. MP rfi 19%. F23b 65% (MP 67%). Cbet 63/44/49. wsd 25%. wwsf 47%.

First question is a preflop one. I would 3b pre most of the time but I wanted to trap midstacking BB who was a very aggro sqzer. So in this situation two things are kinda pro only flatting QQ pre. Aggro sqzer, open raiser folding to much to 3b and open raiser barreling to much on flop.
If open raiser doesn't have pre and flop "leaks" is it better to just 3b and leave trapping asside?

Postflop I think flop and turn are standard.

Second question is on the river. How do we determine in this spot if villain is bluffing enough to make the call? I kinda went through process of elimination street by street where villain comes to the river with all the nutted hand combos(better hands), all nfd and JT oesd combos. We need to be good a bit more than the quarter of the time.
We do have that eq w QQ if he bluffs every single nfd combo and some oesd combos.
