villian 1 tabler 29/15 with 0% fold to 3bet over 300hands somewhat active postlop but not aggro-monkey type.
His RFI ~20% from many positions, so I'm not sure maybe sample isn't good or he is not positional aware.
Flop is very good for me so I'm betting.
Turn isn't good, but we want to bet something as a semi-bluff and not blocking his folding range.
River I expect in perfect world to be ~0 EV bluff, but considering he is weak player he probably almost never folds
p.s. I didn't click enough pre to make 11BB 3bet
