on the river I certainly can size up more to pot, but decided normal healthy bet is better. When he raise huge, think he is telling that for value using FH (K9(2), T9(2), 99 (1), KK (3), TT(3) =11 quite narrow and as far for bluffs KQ,KT,AK,AA possible combos.
Actually in game I discounted much more(left him 6-7 value) and basically closed my eyes and called because easy to be breakeven( profitable) in narrow spot vs not top class player.

I have had more success folding in these spots unless villain is creative, aggressive or tilted. It's just one of the spots most people never ever bluff. Maybe we see more of these plays from people studying Doug Polks videos? I do bluff these spots with like AhTx at times or maybe T4 if I get there with it but only against certain people.
it depends on your opponent to be making this call, if he is a loose aggressive player
I would call, But if its a tight opponent i would fold mostly in these spots,
I think people just don't bluff enough on rivers.
People lack bluffs yeah im overfolding this :) I like big turn sizing but would have loved like $15.67 overbet.
I think a lot of AhXh hands check back this flop and lower flush draws 87h and 76h will bet 1/3 as a range bet. The fact that villain checked back the flop leads me to believe he has some type of showdown value. Maybe a hand like J10s, T9s, ... not sure if 99 bets the flop or not. KK and TT should definitely be betting the flop. Could have checked back some AJ or AQ hands I suppose with a heart. I think it is a bit closer than people think, but I agree with the above comments that people usually do not bluff in these spots. Likely run into AhXh or T9s here. Given the fact you can have T9o and K9o in your range here I am likely to fold in this spot. Probably only call NF or better. I think 44 for bottom set would just be a call as well. T9o+ bottom of raising range on the river?
