BB: $201.00
UTG: $479.64

Flop ($41.00) 2 4 J
BB checks, UTG checks, CO checks, Hero bets $20.00, BB folds, UTG folds, CO calls $20.00
Turn ($81.00) 2 4 J 6
CO checks, Hero checks
River ($81.00) 2 4 J 6 7
CO checks, Hero

BB- TAG, UTG passive rec, CO - 2 tabler marked as possible reg

Can't imagine pushing a lot of value on the flop, so decided to bet around 1/2. Turn without diamond in my hand I don't mind checking more often than betting.
River it seems like I have best hand, but he can have some slowplays, not many bluffcathers. Vs good reg don't think I can bet there, he is not supposed to call many worse, vs fish what sizing I can choose?

I usually bet 1/3 MW, it puts the people in the middle in weird spots with middling hands, also when ur up against 3 ranges ur more likely to run into a set so u wanna try to get called by hands outside of that value region, but a big size is likely a very good exploit vs people that dont understand MW dynamics but probably wrongly so am too scared to bet big into like 3 ranges =p

river I think u can bet half pot and fold to a jam once he checks to you twice, he likely just has a random Jx

ya he could be trapping but its very easy to get away on riv. his range is doing so much better overall but I think vs limp call/call/c/c I like a bet

Hey Jeff_

I agree with SeniorPomidor that we can go a little bigger preflop. Probably not a big mistake, but I doubt it makes a difference to a recreational player whether he's calling another $8 or $10.

Flop sizing gets pretty interesting, again I don't think there's gonna be much of a difference for weak players between seeing a $20 or $35 bet, they will just call pairs, draws and other hands they don't feel like folding. In this spot however when we have 1 confirmed regular and 1 potential regular I am good with going smaller. We start isolating pretty strong defending ranges with a large sizing, and we also get raised frequently enough where the EV of a smaller bet should be similar to a large bet. If we had a hand like the QQ I would like to go larger unblocking AJ KJ as well as having a much more vulnerable hand.

Turn wp.

On the river, if we consider this player to be good, then we can safely reduce the hands we are beat by when he doesn't raise flop, lead turn or bet river. If we don't think he is good then we have a pretty clear large bet regardless. I think something like 75% looks good. Definitely not going super large.

Cheers.

Flop - I would bet larger ~ 38
Turn - I would bet 1/3 here. Call a raise and give up river. I prefer bet on 3 low card flush as the aggressor to avoid been bluffed of when the 4card same suit hits on the river.

seems like a mistake against good regs to reopen action and bet turn which gives villain opportunity to blow hero off equity w/AA

Same happens when you check turn, induce a river bluff.. I would rather bet small turn and set the price then have to play guessing games on the river at his own bet sizing.

check keeps villain range wider on river and allows hero to realize all its equity, not only does checking turn allow hero to bluff catch one street and guarantee the opportunity to see a showdown, it still likely gets value from the same hands it targets with a bet on the turn...being that its a mwp, villain range will be very heavily weighted toward flush draws and Jx that will never call streets imo
