NL200SH: good odds for bluffing river?

HJ: 156.40
CO: 187.14
BN: 201.40
SB: 123.88
BB: 200
UTG: 226.21 (Hero)
So HJ is a weaker player on the conservative / passive side, playing 25/19, 57% fold to cbet. Saw him min 3b QQ SB vs BTN's minraise.
BTN is, I believe a decent reg, playing 24/19 with 8% 3b, 13% raise Cbet (over 600 hands, so small sample). My notes on him is that he saw me overbet for value thinly + that he's bluffcatching me (my image is of someone that can make moves, and often enough out of line ; I assume he's considering me as agressive and good, as I'm playing higher stakes that him apparently).
Preflop (3) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 7
Hero raises to 6, HJ calls 6, CO folds, BN calls 6, SB calls 5, BB folds
Flop (26) 8 2 K (4 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets 14, HJ calls 14, BN raises to 34, SB folds, Hero calls 20, HJ calls 20
BTN is a good enough player to raise bluff in this spot (very good bluffing spot in his shoes IMO), but I'm not doing well against his stacking off range, he doesn't have dominated combo draws very often, etc. Call ok given odds and weaker player in the hand?
Turn (128) 8 (3 Players)
Hero checks, HJ checks, BN checks
River (128) Q (3 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets 42, BN folds
so weaker player bet 42 into 128, leaving him 75 behind, and BTN folds (so obviously I'm not worried anymore about slowplays from him).
What do you think about shoving this river? It seems that vilain is commited, but I read his range as pretty capped + he's weak / conservative + I risk 117 to win 170, so I need vilain to fold 40% of the time.
