NL200 TPTK+NFD call or raise?

UTG is one of those short stackers that sticks around after they've built up a stack. I decided to just flat his raise pre-flop since his UTG open was pretty tight and I could always back-raise if any reg behind tried to squeeze.
SB is a supernova elite player. Good reg who also plays 500zoom.
On the turn I think SB's 1/2 donk could serve as some kind of blocker bet and/or value bet with a weaker flush or straight. Given I have the As blocker and would always jam over his bet with the nut flush here -- does it make sense to turn TPTK into a bluff here in the hopes that he might fold a weak flush or straight?
On the one hand we are getting 3:1 with position and might beat villain's KQ on the river once in a blue moon.
On the other hand it's unlikely villain is going to have many KQ in his range and we are likely beat a very large % of the time we just call the turn and will end up having to fold rivers unimproved.
