CO is a 26/20 reg, playing for a very long time (4 years+), even if he is not playing much for now.
UTG is the table spot, playing 41/22, calls 2 3B, fold once.
CO got only a 4% 3B in the CO, so I think the best play is to just flat, and try to play a pot IP versus his well defined range and the very wide range of UTG.

I check back to not get CRAI by AK with a spade or by AA, and to add a little deception to my hand (looks more like QQ/JJ). And I expect to have a nice vbet river if he checks again.

I didn't expect at all an overbetshove on this board. Just muck it ? He got 21% agr. factor river, which is kind of low.
I think his range is {AK ; AA ; with maybe one or two flushes or A3s}.
