Opp is regular on tighter side 22/17 3b 8% (vs early position 5%-7%)
Cbet in 3b pot IP 67%(12) and 64%(80) in srp IP. So far continue firing turn 100%(4) in 3 bet pot and slow downs in srp 39% (ALL IP)

I would say he is a capable and decent regular, rather tight preflop but playing more aggro postflop(but compare to others not much).
Pio says it is around 1bb-5bb +EV call depending on villain strategy. Seems like decent combo to bluffcatch but vs more tight 3betting range I'm not that confident
