Villain is a good regular at 200NL. He seems able to mix it up and is overall a pretty solid player. We don't have much history together.

Hero is BN with

Decided to just flat being this deep and also SB is a fish so wanted to invite him in. If it were suited I'd be more inclined to 3-bet.

Pretty standard 3-barrel I think up to this point as villain could easily be check-calling down with something like AJs.
The river CR is really gross. Doubt he ever plays a busted flush draw this way. I also block the Kh. His bet sizing is really big though. Would he really bet that hard with two pair? I mean I could easily have 33/66/99 when I take this line.
Maybe he has 99 or 87hh? Or the one combo of AA also makes sense. Really hard to think of what hand he could be doing with this as a bluff. So I guess I fold. Still confused about this one.

i think check at the river should be a better play. As play, which range V get will pay off hero? Villain is a good reg at nl 200, and hero get Kh block Villain's many flush draw combos.
This is played fine. You can bet river smaller though, like $43 - AT (possibly unsuited) and A9s are significant part of villains range, AJ and AQ mostly bets the flop, small aces and underpairs have hard time calling three barrels.
I think villain only reps AA and AT for value. I would look at his opening stats from UTG and my history with villain to try to figure out if villain opens ATo UTG - some good regs do, some don't, it's right on the cusp.
The only blluff randomizer I can think of is specifically 76hh. It looks very unlikely that villain is bluffing here. In theory he should turn QQ and KK into a check-raise bluff, and it helps you that you do block KK.
