Usually I would cbet flop, though I checked behind thinking that keeping in the weaker part of their ranges might be higher EV? - I doubt it now when I think about it - There would have to be enough bluffcatching value to outweigh just cbetting flop and make them fold their equityshare etc.
CO will fold a lot OTT given his wide range flatting range pre so it isn't a bad spot for him to be bluffing I would say depending on how frequent he thinks i bet flop with pure air (which isn't 100% i suppose), so OTR my perceived range is a bit of kx, Jx, QQ.
