Villain is a good reg. I have a bad image with him as I've shown that I'm capable of turning made hands into a big bluff.

Should I bet this river?

i prefer to X/Fold Flop without BDFD. You draw only to a straightdraw or a weak pair. As played i would bet River most of the time. On River its your decision which betsize you choose and it depends on your other hands you play in your line. I prefer ~ Potbet most of the time. But i didnt take image in consideration.
opening pre might be too loose, cbetting flop is way too loose. But as played I think bluffing the river seems kinda mandatory.
Pre is okay, it's a nice hand which can flop nice draws to barrel 2 or 3 streets
Flop is x/fold
With the fact that Villain knows you're capable to bluff I wouldn't bluff this river. An other reason for give up is that Villain can easily have slowplayed hands like sets/2pair because this board is relatively dry and you have that image.
yep, x/fold it flop, our equity is low and this board hit little more BB'range, and he has position
With a bad image, PF, flop and turn seems bad. River you can go for the big spew...
