NL200 Second set vs. fishy river jam

BN: $200
SB: $587.10
BB: $183.15
UTG: $397.02 (Hero)
HJ: $509.93
CO: $164.18
No real reads on CO but his stack size and bet sizing indicates to me that he is a recreational player.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J J
Hero raises to $7, HJ folds, CO raises to $12, BN folds, SB calls $11, BB folds, Hero calls $5
Flop ($38.00) J 4 K (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, CO checks
Was going for the CR.
Turn ($38.00) J 4 K 8 (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $25, CO calls $25, SB folds
Now we gotta bet.
River ($88.00) J 4 K 8 3 (2 Players)
Hero bets $55, CO raises to $127.18, and is all in
Yeah the FD got there but I see some fishy players overvalue their AA/AK and play it this way. Getting too good of a price to fold I think. Also a % of his FD's will cbet the flop discounting some of his flushes.
