Flop is really good for me and even though he pots it I think I have to c/c here. Turn is a complete blank and obviously I check to him, and he decides to check back. I feel my flop and preflop call look pretty strong considering I am OOP and a pretty tight regular, so I actually expect him to pot control all his pocket pairs besides AA, and I think he also checks all his weak draw hands and other weak hands he might have in his range.. However I expect him to barrel all his strong draws, and all his air, so when he checks back I don't think he has much except for over pairs and AK/AQ that he's scared to get raised OTT with.
When we get to the river, there is no merit in betting, because it doesn't make a ton of sense for me to bet this card, and if I shove I don't think enough better hands fold, and I'm too deep to be making a high variance play like that, so instead I check, and now he decides to bet, so I feel his range is really weak, stuff like 99-KK, Ax hands, and I think he stabs some of the time with his missed draws and some airy hands he gave up with since he can still rep a value range with a bet it makes sense for him to do it with a few bluffs aswell. However I don't think theres enough bluffs in his range here to make a call profitable, so I elect to shove for a couple of reasons. 1, his range is weak and he folds a lot of hands here including made hands and bluffs, 2, I can rep a really strong hand here as I would take this line with almost all value hands, and since the shove doesn't have to work extremely often I think it's the most +EV decision, I haven't done the exact math yet but I'm thinking that my play is profitable assuming villain can lay down hands like AK/AQ etc
What do you guys think of my line? Looking for criticism here as I'm not 100% sure I'm thinking clearly here.
