NL200 Pre-flop spot with AQs

BN: $282.69
SB: $232.20
BB: $202.09
UTG: $293.32
HJ: $753.56 (Hero)
CO: $216.92
UTG is a tight nitty player 15/10
CO is a laggy fish that's running hot with > 20% 3-bet pre-flop
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q A
UTG raises to $6, Hero calls $6, CO raises to $30, BN folds, SB folds, BB folds, UTG folds, Hero raises to $753.56, and is all in
My question is - is it better for me to just jam this pre-flop or to flat?

Pro's for jamming:
- CO's squeeze was quite large creating lots of dead money
- OOP will be tough to play so we can just win a nice sized pot immediately
- Realize all our equity against hands like TT/JJ that might call but bet us out of pots post-flop

Con's for jamming:
- Arguably since CO's range is so wide we can CRAI lots of flops and be even more +EV
- CO can make an easy decision when we jam and fold all his air and call with all his strong hands
