NL200 Maybe I shouldn't have bet this turn

BN: $1330.01
SB: $508.48
BB: $243.46
UTG: $349.97
HJ: $200
CO: $515.57 (Hero)
Villain appears reg'ish over a few hundred hands. 3-bet stat is quite high iirc, around 12-13%.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A J
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $6, BN folds, SB calls $5, BB folds
Flop ($14.00) 6 2 Q (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $9, SB calls $9
Turn ($32.00) 6 2 Q A (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $21, SB raises to $67, Hero calls $46
I'm bluffing this card a lot so why not bet it when I actually have it? Plus Qx is still calling a street since this is a common barreling card.

The C/R catches me off guard a bit. I have the Ah so I block some of his bluffs. But perhaps the As gave him a few more outs that he can turn a hand like KJo/JThh that floated the flop a chance to C/R.

I would think that most suited hands would go into villain's 3-bet range pre given his high 3-bet stat. However we are deep so it's possible he chooses to flat them at this stack size.
River ($166.00) 6 2 Q A 4 (2 Players)
SB bets $142, Hero folds
Really big river bet by villain. Does he really bomb 2 pair like this?

All the bluffs he could have been making OTT have now bricked. But I didn't have the guts to call...
