NL200, KQs on BB vs UTG, 3bet pot

Apologies for not converting the hand. For some reason it kept saying "Invalid Hand" no matter what format I copied (Raw, etc).

Villain is fairly new reg, from 3k hands I know he opens UTG ~19.6 and really doesn't like to fold to 3bets from this position. So I'm pretty sure 3betting KQs for value is ok. What do you think about the hand itself? Considering the board texture I think he is pretty wide on the river. As I see it all of my options aren't that good:

Check/Folding and Check/Calling seems to be either exploitable or allows villain to play medium strength hands perfectly. And it seems that I'm left pretty much with shoving, I mean if I'm not shoving my TPTK type hands I feel I'm being extremely unbalanced. On the other hand I'm very rarely getting called by worse.

What do you think is the most EV play?

SB: $273.49 (136.7 bb)
Hero (BB): $209.15 (104.6 bb)
UTG: $200 (100 bb)
MP: $214.60 (107.3 bb)
CO: $204.55 (102.3 bb)
BTN: $237.50 (118.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Qh Kh
UTG raises to $4.80, 4 folds, Hero raises to $19.60, UTG calls $14.80

Flop: ($40.20) Kd 3d 4d (2 players)
Hero bets $20.10, UTG calls $20.10

Turn: ($80.40) 5h (2 players)
Hero bets $40.20, UTG calls $40.20

River: ($160.80) 7c (2 players)
Hero ?
