NL200 KK vs. Fish - Thin turn play

BN: $247.79
SB: $328.36 (Hero)
BB: $200
UTG: $410.82
HJ: $199
CO: $137.79
CO is a loose fish.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K K
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO raises to $6, BN folds, Hero raises to $20, BB folds, CO calls $14
Flop ($43.00) 7 9 6 (2 Players)
Hero bets $25, CO calls $25
Turn ($93.00) 7 9 6 8 (2 Players)
Hero bets $283.36, and is all in
Only 1 psb remaining and he can call with hearts or A9 etc. We have some outs against 98/87 and JJ/QQ are still calling. I posted a similar hand a while ago so I'm quite confident this is a no brainer shove against this villain.

But what about if it were 8h instead of 8c. I guess we're OK again since we have Kh? What if we had black kings? What is your cut off for check/folding turn?
