NL200: interesting bluff spot vs weak player

BB: Born2Raise: 231.12
HJ: ADADALEO: 442.27
CO: sybelle15: 0
BN: FRED86100: 196.32
SB: IcallUtilt: 221.84
Vilain is a reg-fish, often plays NL100 and 200, occasionnaly NL400. He's on the weak-tight side, although occasionnaly makes weird plays. He likes to induce more often than not, but I guess it's correlated to his weak side. Usually his sizing is pretty relevant.
Preflop (3) (5 Players)
IcallUtilt was dealt 9 A
ADADALEO folds, FRED86100 raises to 4, IcallUtilt raises to 15, Born2Raise folds, FRED86100 calls 12
Vilain usually opens 26% from BTN / fold to 3b 50%. I just iso-3b because he's weak and I have a good feel of how he plays. Haven't been too out of line this session.
Flop (34) 4 4 7 (3 Players)
IcallUtilt bets 20, FRED86100 calls 20
Turn (74) 5 (3 Players)
IcallUtilt checks, FRED86100 bets 35.50, IcallUtilt raises to 85, FRED86100 calls 49.50
Think vilain will have a lot of weak hands in his range. I definitely expect some bet/folds on the turn. Vilain will definitely float flop with Ahi or broadways / weak draws and weak pairs. And he'll bet those on the turn, although it would surely be better for his range to check back. Basically I feel his range is very capped and he's the kind of weak player that will fold, just because he doesn't feel comfortable stacking off marginally. Thoughts?

Vilain call the raise pretty quickly. What do you make of that for his range? What hands would bet/call quickly?
River (244) 4 (3 Players)
River is pretty interesting IMO. Should we fire or check? Should we check/fold or check/call? 244 in the pot, eff stack 75€.
