Villain is a very laggish semi-reg. He doesn't play often and seems to bumhunt. He plays very loose (38/34/23, average 5.4 players, but my sample is very small : only 69 hands). I got no reads otherwise.
I've tried a line that I don't use often. I thought he will x/f this turn a lot, so maybe can he catchs something on the river, call thiner or try to bluff me when I rep weakness by checking the turn.
I am quite happy when he CR, but his sizing is very scary. He just overbet it. Easy fold ? But WTF he is repping ?

This kind of aggro players just could be thinking on your range. You never have AJ and shouldn't have Qx (bet turn). This by one side.
What's you valuebetting range on river? KJ (dont you 3bet?) J9 (arent you raising sometimes flop? betting turn vs missed?) Would you bet K9 for value?
So your betcall river (without info) is only J9 in case that you are SOOOOO passive player IP SBvBB that never raise flop and semibluff turn vs missed.
Your range:
bluff: 78, 89, J8,
value: Kx J9
checkbehind: 6x Tx
The question is: does villain seems the kind of guy who could expand his checkraise on this spot when your range is thin valuebetting/bluffing?
Why do you think we never have AJ here?
3bet pre
I think this kind of player is not bluffing this spot. More likely to use his image to value bet huge.
