Plausible he has a hand like JT or AJ/AT that I can beat. The river bet seems kinda polarized imo. I doubt he'd bet a Queen this hard for value, let alone anything worse than that.
Should I consider bluff catching this? My Ax blocks a lot of his gutshots though.
