NL200: doing something unconventional OTR, thoughts?

BB: PAPINOCHE: 131.11
UTG: IcallUtilt: 207.87
HJ: PearlCrafter: 222.90
CO: ah_non_pa_ca1: 238.21
BN: CheezyFrog: 206
SB: liess51: 181.98
Preflop (3) (6 Players)
IcallUtilt was dealt A T
IcallUtilt raises to 6, PearlCrafter folds, ah_non_pa_ca1 calls 6, CheezyFrog folds, liess51 folds, PAPINOCHE folds
Opponent tight regular, mostly playing in line. Stabs when checked to 40% of the time OTF. I believe he considers me as a tricky annoying reg.
Flop (15) J 7 T (2 Players)
IcallUtilt checks, ah_non_pa_ca1 bets 10.50, IcallUtilt calls 10.50
Turn (36) T (2 Players)
IcallUtilt checks, ah_non_pa_ca1 bets 22.40, IcallUtilt calls 22.40
River (80.80) K (2 Players)
IcallUtilt bets 48

I've seen vilain playing rivers badly. Recently he spazzed in a pretty obvious way on the river after I took a weird line in a 3b pot (flop goes check/check, I X/C turn, I lead/call his river shove with JJ on a T63r 5 Q board). Obviously board and actions are quite different here.

I know X/C river would be pretty standard.

What do you think of the river lead though?

What do you think of bet/calling this spot? (that's what I've done actually)
