NL200 Check calling down in 3B pot

BN: $267.80
SB: $270.04 (Hero)
BB: $200
UTG: $834.14
HJ: $226.22
CO: $364.30
Villain is something like 43/25 with a F3B of around 50% over 150ish hands. Appears to be quite LAGgy.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J A
UTG folds, HJ raises to $5, CO folds, BN folds, Hero raises to $17, BB folds, HJ calls $12
Flop ($37.00) Q J 3 (2 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $18, Hero calls $18
Turn ($73.00) Q J 3 5 (2 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $39, Hero calls $39
River ($151.00) Q J 3 5 4 (2 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $152.22, and is all in, Hero calls $152.22

Although Qx flops hit 3B calling ranges quite hard, I felt that his range is sufficiently wide enough here and he could easily have a lot of bluffs. My range looks really week and given how I played the hand I think I have to just close my eyes and call down here?

Value hands I block: AQ, JJ, AA. QJ

Bluffs that I don't block: T9s, AXhh, XXhh, KTs

Villain's value range is so narrow on this river. QQ can be discounted because he sometimes 4-bets pre. 33 can be discounted because he doesn't always set mine. There are no two pair combos other than QJ which I block.
