NL200: call river?

HJ: CHEVAL: 200
CO: EricSagne: 541.30
BN: Airboy77: 81.85
SB: Wiwidocteur78: 269.20
BB: LilouNinou: 768.29
Something got messed up in the HH ; vilain is SB, I'm BB.
Vilain seems to be a recreational player, but played only 10 hands with him so far. He's playing one table, that's all I know. Doesn't mean he's bad by any means.
Preflop (3) (5 Players)
CHEVAL was dealt K 5
EricSagne folds, Airboy77 folds, Wiwidocteur78 raises to 6, CHEVAL raises to 15, Wiwidocteur78 calls 9
Dont mind playing very agressively early vs recreational players, as it sets up nice situations for after IMO.
Flop (33) 3 6 J (3 Players)
Wiwidocteur78 checks, CHEVAL bets 20, Wiwidocteur78 calls 20
Turn (73) 4 (3 Players)
Wiwidocteur78 checks, CHEVAL bets 38, Wiwidocteur78 calls 38
River (149) 7 (3 Players)
Wiwidocteur78 bets 58
Vilain tanks a few secs before betting. I'm getting an incredible price and have a relatively strong hand. It seems likely that vilain could block bet with a Thi or Qhi flush for instance, but I wouldn't plan on him bet/folding.
I've seen a lot of french fishes bluff in this kind of situation (4-flush boards), because they feel the first guy betting usually takes down the pot. At the same time, situation is meh.

What do you think? Should we call with our hand? Should we call with any flush we get there with? It seems very close to me.
