NL200 Butchered AA vs. short stack

BN: $105
SB: $191
BB: $174.02
UTG: $263.57 (Hero)
HJ: $347.84
CO: $205.29
BTN has fishy looking stats over a smallish sample and given his stack size he is probably bad.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A A
Hero raises to $7, HJ folds, CO folds, BN calls $7, SB folds, BB calls $5
Flop ($22.00) J 9 9 (3 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $16, BN calls $16, BB folds
Turn ($54.00) J 9 9 6 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $25.78, Hero calls $25.78
I probably should have just barreled this turn to get value from all his flush draws and Jx.

What am I doing vs. a jam?

As played should I have CRAI?
River ($105.56) J 9 9 6 5 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $56.22, and is all in, Hero folds
Pretty gross card since clubs and 87 got there. I decided to curse the line I took and fold.
