Villain is a reg. I have a note on him that he is capable of making hero calls and also raising over river bets with busted draws.

Given this particular villain how should we approach this river?
Since he likes to hero call, should I just overbet jam for max value?
He also is capable of raising this river on a busted draw. Should I bet $40 hoping he shoves KhQs?
I'm worried that if I check, he will check back SDV of either a J or A so I think betting some amount is superior to checking here.

Villain range is like K high, Jx, Ax and flush.
X/R.
We're pretty polarized on this river so I don't think he's going to bet with SDV. So I'd probably just bet myself and hope he talks himself into a herocall. He could also raise some flushes.
