Villain is 36/28 over 49 hands with a 3-bet of 15.8% and WWSF of 55%. Appears to be quite aggressive so far.

I decided to c/c since the club draw missed and I block QT and 2 pairs like KJ. Plus I would expect him to raise turn with a made straight given how bad the board is.
I need to defend 40% of my range to this 1.5x overbet. QJs seems like it's on the cusp here. On the one hand, it's quite low in terms of absolute hand strength. QQ/AJ are easily better hands I can call here with. On the other hand, QJ has a lot of blockers to his value range and we don't block any of his bluffing range (clubs).
What to do?
