NL200 Bluff catcher vs. overbet, BvB

BN: $559.71
SB: $226.40 (Hero)
BB: $462.67
UTG: $214.88
HJ: $219.44
CO: $247.30
Villain is 36/28 over 49 hands with a 3-bet of 15.8% and WWSF of 55%. Appears to be quite aggressive so far.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J Q
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, Hero raises to $6, BB calls $4
Flop ($13.00) 9 2 J (2 Players)
Hero bets $8, BB calls $8
Turn ($29.00) 9 2 J 7 (2 Players)
Hero bets $19, BB calls $19
River ($67.00) 9 2 J 7 K (2 Players)
Hero checks, BB bets $100, Hero calls $100
I decided to c/c since the club draw missed and I block QT and 2 pairs like KJ. Plus I would expect him to raise turn with a made straight given how bad the board is.

I need to defend 40% of my range to this 1.5x overbet. QJs seems like it's on the cusp here. On the one hand, it's quite low in terms of absolute hand strength. QQ/AJ are easily better hands I can call here with. On the other hand, QJ has a lot of blockers to his value range and we don't block any of his bluffing range (clubs).

What to do?
