NL200 Bluff catch with TP2K

BN: $417.20 (Hero)
SB: $439.43
BB: $241.84
UTG: $399.20
HJ: $209
CO: $201
I have villain tagged as a regular and on the LAG side. Saw him do some spewy stuff in the past. However he recently beat me out of a big pot where he c/c'ed turn with NFD in a 3B pot and then jammed over my river value bet when he hit. Not sure if that will come into effect here.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q A
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, Hero raises to $5, SB folds, BB calls $3
Flop ($11.00) A 5 T (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $7, BB raises to $22.19, Hero calls $15.19
I think he 3-bets TT and some ATs/A5s combos from the BB. Still, there are many offsuit combos of A5/AT.
Turn ($55.38) A 5 T 8 (2 Players)
BB bets $52.89, Hero calls $52.89
This PSB is a little suspect but he does need to bet larger on this turn if he wants to jam for a PSB OTR.
River ($161.16) A 5 T 8 2 (2 Players)
BB bets $161.76, and is all in
... which is exactly what he does. Everything bricks out.

I'm probably around the middle of my range here. I'm snap calling him with any flopped 2 pair and set.

I don't block any spades. TT/some A5s/ATs 3-bet pre. I have him as a more aggressive player. He recently showed me the goods. I think all of these things are in favour of making this decision closer to a call.

How's my thought process?
