If he folds KJo and KQ then yes if not then no. Also not a big fan of 3betting this hand(at least all combos) vs someone only opening 36% of buttons and not folding postflop.
I think the river is a check/fold given how tight his button opening range is paired with his turn call on this board, unless you know he folds the river with KQ like every time in which case I think it's still close.
And I also wouldn't be 3betting this type of hand vs someone who rarely button steals and doesn't fold to 3bets when he does.
call pre, vs his somewhat tight opening range and low fold to 3b youre 3beting to wide.
i think the turn is good and now im just check folding.
