NL200: ATo, facing a 3barrel w TPTK BB vs SB

Blinds: $1.00/$2.00 (5 Players) BN: $71.40
SB: $246.00
BB: $80.00
UTG: $234.00 (Hero)
CO: $213.40
Ok the hand history is a bit messed up. I am in the BB with the 234 stack and Villain is in the SB with the 246 stack.
Preflop ($3.00) Hero is UTG with A T
BN folds, SB raises to $5.00, Hero calls $3.00
Flop ($10.00) 5 T 2
SB bets $6.00, Hero calls $6.00
Turn ($22.00) 5 T 2 4
SB bets $16.00, Hero calls $16.00
River ($54.00) 5 T 2 4 6
SB bets $38.00, Hero folds
Final Pot SB wins $52.00
Rake is $2.00

Villain is unkown.

I am a NL100 player and shotting right now some NL200 tables, if the action is good. This is quite an interesting situation for me, given the different limits I play. On NL100 this is a much easier fold for me then on higher limits, because people are in generall not 3barreling light/ 3barrel bluff and play very honest in generall.

We need 29% to make a BE call, and vs this range we have 37.29%. It´s importent to mention, that I gave him all better hands in his range, but all busted FDs as well.

I think this is a call, vs unknown on NL200. I am at the top of my range, since I do not have JJ+ in my range. I do have some twoPairs/sets/straights from time to time, but not a lot. Villain is capable of putting pressur on me, since he should have an idea what my range looks like, and he has def. hands to bluff with.

Do you call the river?
If yes, what is the worst hand you are calling here?
