NL200 AKs vs. tight player 3-bet pot

BN: $415.54
SB: $200
BB: $211.74 (Hero)
UTG: $212.92
HJ: $126.05
CO: $200
Villain is 19/15 with a F3B of 54% over 702 hands
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K A
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $5, SB folds, Hero raises to $16, BN calls $11
Flop ($35.00) 5 J Q (2 Players)
Hero bets $16, BN calls $16
Overcards + BDNFD + GS

I'd like all his weaker pocket pairs to fold now and I likely won't get raised off my hand by betting this board, so I opt to cbet.
Turn ($67.00) 5 J Q 9 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $39, Hero calls $39
I pick up the NFD but when villain flats my flop cbet I think this card hits his range well and he's not folding to a turn barrel. I have a great draw, and if I bet and get raised, it will be bad for me, so I decide to c/c.
River ($145.00) 5 J Q 9 5 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $344.54, and is all in, Hero folds
River is a brick but I don't think villain will fold AQ/KQ if I donk jam so I just c/f.
