NL200 AKo in 4B pot OOP

BN: $912.53
SB: $151.76
BB: $365.41
UTG: $394.44 (Hero)
HJ: $238.78
CO: $210.78
HJ is 28/19 with a 3-bet of 7.8%, fold to 4-bet of 67% over 640 hands
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A K
Hero raises to $6, HJ raises to $11, CO folds, BN folds, SB calls $10, BB folds, Hero raises to $36, HJ calls $25, SB calls $25
Strange bet sizing for sure, no idea what it could mean honestly.
Flop ($116.00) 3 2 6 (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, HJ bets $32, SB folds, Hero calls $32
From this point onward I'm pretty lost in the hand.

My betting range is AA/KK (without spades) and maybe some 4-bet bluffs such as A5ss, A4ss
My check/raising range is AKss/AQss and maybe some combos of AA/KK (without spades)
My check/calling range is QQ --> Is it ok to add AKo here with the As?
Turn ($180.00) 3 2 6 4 (2 Players)
Hero checks, HJ checks
I don't think either of us have a 5 in our range... and when HJ checks back it makes me think his hand isn't strong at all.
River ($180.00) 3 2 6 4 5 (2 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $170.78, and is all in, Hero folds
I don't think there are any 7's in opponent's range either. But some flush draws make sense such as KQss, KJss, etc.

I feel that I may have played my hand really face up in this situation. Is that necessarily a bad thing though?
