CO is completely unknown to me, BB plays 14/12 quite nitty, but only 140 hands so not too much info there aswell

i was definitely quite lost on this spot, i folded because i had no real clue how to continue after calling his raise, so i just decided to let this one go. It is definitely missplayed, but i like to hear your thoughts
Is it an option to check/call? Or would you bet/call and then decide on his sizing and turn if we call down or not?

Im definitely bet/calling. His sizing is very small on a somewhat wet board which is suspect(could be weaker value hand also) and you are very high in your range, folding here is criminal as you can be so easily exploited. We can proabably fold the turn if he continues big because he is so tight but yeah flop is a definite mistake imo.
My normal line is to bet/call and then fold every turn other than an A, K, or 5 so that I don't seem "exploitable". But then again, I feel like almost no one bluffs this flop and they seem to always fire the turn as well....
It's an okay exploitative fold, but it should never be a default play in this spot.
