NL20 - Two barreling top set on 4th card straight vs huge fish and get shoved 200BB deep

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (5 Players) BN: $15.07
SB: $39.06 (Hero)
BB: $19.84
UTG: $19.73
CO: $44.29
Hy everyone,

Villain is a huge fish running 51/10 on 62 hands. Stab 50% (4) flop. I played a hand against him before where he limped/min3bet T4hh, Cbet 2/3 pot on A46dd and PSB/called shove on 9d.

No read on OR, 18/9 on 22 hands
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is SB with 6 6
UTG folds, CO calls $0.20, BN calls $0.20, Hero calls $0.10, BB raises to $1.00, CO calls $0.80, BN folds, Hero calls $0.80
I could have isoraise but OOP against tow opponents I think 66 is a bit too weak.
Flop ($3.20) 6 4 5
Hero checks, BB checks, CO bets $1.50, Hero raises to $5.00, BB folds, CO calls $3.50
Made a huge mistake here by not donkbetting, I don't think OR is Cbetting a lot this flop 3 way and villain is also going to checkback a lot.
Turn ($13.20) 6 4 5 2
Hero bets $7.00, CO raises to $38.29 and is all in, Hero calls $26.06 and is all in
I think againt villain I have to bet here, he is probably calling any 7x, 6x, FD, pair + draw and even hands like 89, 4x, A2... My sizing is probably too small, 9/10 is better here I guess.

When he shoves I need 33% equity and have about 25% equity against 3x. I don't know if he is only shoving a 3 here or he has some bluffs or random hands like 77, 22, 57... We saw he could be kind of spewy because of the T4s hand but 200BB deep I think he is less bluffy.

Please give me your thoughts on the hand. (line, sizing, decision...)

Bonus question: If I bet bigger on the turn (As I said something like 9/10$), is shoving the river on a blank standard?

Thanks :)

PS: it's my first post so I hope it will be OK and sorry if my english isn't very good!
