Villain is 25/20 in 480h/ Fvs3b 35 / 0.9 AF - so seems passive, also may be on the looser side when calling 3bets
I am guessing flop and turn play themselves, maybe bet a little bigger OTT to get stacks in more easily OTR?
Do u still shove river for value vs AQ, or do u feel u are only getting paid off by AJ, JJ?

I would cbet smaller, you want to cbet smaller with your bluffs as well to keep room to barrel.
River is a little thin i think, AQ may or may not call thats the only one you may get value from so 8 combos, say he folds all the time thats 4, but he has JJ,AJ that are 9 combos alone, he also has Axcc combos since hes not really folding to 3bets i would give him some of those as well. So i think checking back rvr is best sadly.
As sad as it is, you usually want to go for 2 streets of value in these types of situations. Very little hands that are worse than you are going to call a third bet, and I don't think villain is loose/passive enough (25vpip) to call 3 streets with less than 1 pair.
If you were out of position, the river is a great spot to turn your hand in a bluff catcher, since the 8 isn't really a scare card that makes sense for the villain's range. I doubt any good player would bluff on such a river however, so be careful of regs/strong players betting big on that river if you are OOP.
Hope this helped!
I like the tags btw. ;)
